Poor little Sean, he did NOT want to get up that early again...

And that was so we could be first in line for the gate at the Character Breakfast entrance.

Funny thing - it ended up being just us and one other family waiting there.

Kayl wore her princess dress - since later that day we would be dining with the princesses.

They opened the gates up 15 minutes prior to 8AM, and everyone rushed to the end of Main Street, U.S.A. to wait again. At 8 o'clock, they officially opened the park, and everyone ran to their favorite rides. Robb & Kayl stopped by City Hall to pick up a birthday button for Kayl as Mary & Sean walked over to the Plaza Inn, where we all met up to have our Minnie & Friends - Breakfast in the Park.

Although there are cheaper ways to get your food, the meal is actually pretty good (buffet style with lots and lots of choices - even omelets made to order and some fancier grub as well...), but part of what you are paying for is quite a few (10 in the hour we were there) of the characters to come by your table, meet the kids, sign the autograph book, take a few pictures, and generally spend a little time with you without fighting a line.

If we had done nothing but meet Pooh Bear, Sean would have said this was his best trip ever!

Sean even got up and danced with him...

Okay; Chip has the black nose and bright, wide-open eyes, and the spunky personality

Maybe just a little too spunky for Sean...

Can you tell how much Sean liked meeting Eeyore?

At one point (pun intended) Captain Hook stole Kayl's autograph book. To her credit, while he was signing Sean's, she snuck behind him and stole it back!

I'm not sure they even know who Max (Goofy's son) is, but they had a great time with him...

Just 'monkeying' around with Rafiki.

Meeting this guy was 'Tiggerific'!

Mary rode down Main Street, U.S.A. with the kids on the Omnibus while Robb slipped through to another side of the park to pick up a set of FastPasses for Splash Mountain for later.

On our way out, we ran across Donald Duck - the only one we missed in ToonTown, and that Sean had been asking about for 2 days!

Kayl and the 'Duckster'...

Bad Stitch! That's the second time!! Are we ever going to get a good front shot with him around?

I love these 'magic' shots! (and look - no Stitch!)
